The Great Defense Attorney

If you are accused of a crime that you did not commit, you would definitely need a defense attorney by your side to help you prove the case and establish your innocence.

It is quite hard to be one since they have to first believe in your innocence, and second, find ways and means to defend that innocence. They cannot help but question their decision and yours as well, especially if circumstantial evidence points to you as being at fault.

A great defense attorney knows when to defend and when not to. They can decline especially when the case on hand has already reached an amicable settlement or there is really strong evidence to prove that they are truly guilty. However, since people are considered innocent until proven guilty, the burden of justice falls in their hands. They can either choose to do what is right or what is proven by law to be right.
